Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her incredible partner JP at Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky father. The majority of people have come across me through my Instagram platform @annephung where I post my daily life: the highs the lows and all in between. In 1990, my family relocated to America. At the age of 1 and 1/4 I was accepted into my parents. In order to give them a chance at a more successful future, I focused on my goals and worked hard to achieve it. I believed my life would go the same way as I graduated from college, get an executive position, get married and start a family. My plan for success was to go to university after graduation, and then find an employment in a corporation. Then I'd get married then buy a house, and start a family. But life had different plans. The year 2013 brought me to the realization that it difficult to accept my job. While the pay and position was good, I didn't feel like the work was satisfying. Instead I felt that I was simply wasting my time. In 2013, I discovered that my true passion was exercising. I also enjoyed getting out and about to help others. As I moved towards this new direction in life, I discovered private training. In 2014 I started my small business and this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th year anniversary. It is rare to find Asian females working in the field. As coach, my mission is to motivate others and empower them to live a healthier and fulfilled life through creating healthy and sustainable living styles that meet every person's individual needs and desires. Furthermore, I try in empowering others to achieve their dreams and goals in order to achieve whatever they want to achieve. When I began my professional career, the death of my mom was the most devastating hit to my personal life. She won her eight year battle with Scleroderma and is now in Heaven and with me in my mind and my heart all the time. It is amazing how life gives us exactly the instruction we require, even if we aren't aware of it. Her passing has changed my life in many different ways. I believe my death provided me with the chance to start a new chapter. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. She had her chance to embark on a new journey which gave me the chance to lead a fulfilling and happy life. As I enter my 30's, I feel alive and aware of the fact like I'm living my life today and not merely existing like I was in my past. As I tell my story I hope my words will resonate with those of yours. My hope is to aid you in understanding that you're never alone. I believe that you are blessed with the potential to accomplish everything you desire. I wish you to live the life you want to live and that you die without regrets as dying is the only possibility that awaits all of us during our lives.
