Julie Chen Moonves is the host of Big Brother's 22nd season, premiering on CBS 5 August 2018. Chen Moonves served as moderator as well as one of the first hosts of The Talk. Before The Early Show she was a reporter with WDTN TV Dayton which was based in Dayton, the state of Ohio (1995-1997). Before joining CBS News, Chen Moonves was a journalist at WDTN-TV dayton (1995-1997). In addition, she was a reporter for ABC NewsOne from 1992-1995. As a desk assistant for ABC News late night broadcast Nightline, she worked with Ted Koppel. He remains an inspiration to her in the field of journalism. Chen Moonves and Ted Koppel were co-hosts on Anatomy of a Riot - an evening show on television that won the Columbia du-Pont award - which examined the Los Angeles riots of 1992.
